Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still not resolved, contact us
